# Feedback

Feedback from other people is a vital part of planning for personal and professional development. You can view received CR360 feedback on your Journal's  **Feedback** tabs. This lists all the feedback you've received on the form you are currently  viewing, as pictured below. Only contributors that you authorise can provide feedback.
