## I Didn't Get My Password Reset Email

If you believe you haven't received the *Password Reset Email* or any other Cloud Reviews 360 system emails to your nominated email address, check that the emails are not ending up in your *Junk* or *Spam* folders. If you find the emails there, click on it and mark it as *'Not Spam'*. This will ensure future emails from <system@cloudjournals.com.au> goes straight to your inbox.

If this still doesn't work and emails from us don't show up in your inbox, check with your organisation's IT manager to see if <system@cloudjournals.com.au> emails have been blacklisted/blocked. If they have, ask them to whitelist/unblock Cloud Reviews 360 system emails.
