# Comments

Comments are a way for you and \[authorised users]\[Collaborate] (such as coaches and mentors) to discuss your [Goal](/the-core/plan/goals.md) and the techniques (and [Tasks](/the-core/plan/tasks.md)) to achieve that Goal. When you [view a Goal](/the-core/plan/goals.md#view-goal) in detail, click on the ***Comments*** tab at the top of the screen to see the comments for that Goal.

## Create a Comment

To create a new Comment, simply enter your text in the box at the bottom of the screen, then click ***Submit***.

## Refresh the chat thread

There is a ***Refresh*** button at the bottom right of the screen. Clicking this ensures the chat thread is up to date with the latest comments (at the time of the click).
